    To accommodate larger families/groups, the Upper Floor is available as an addition to your booking of the Ground Floor apartment. The floor plan is identical, and all rooms will be available except the middle bedroom.


    We are currently offering a weekly rate between £1,400 and £1,540  (or £200 to £220 p/night) for rental of the Upper floor, depending on the time of season.


    Please note: the Upper Floor will be vacant during your stay unless occupied by a member of your party.

      Location

      Just 20 minutes' drive from the airport. You can pick up your hire car at the airport (on request) or take a taxi to the villa for around 20/25 euros.


      A car isn't essential as everything is on your doorstep however we recommend hiring a vehicle to explore the island!  There are many breathtaking walks and mountain bike trails to discover.


      The local beachfront tavernas, Almyriki, Psili Ammos Cafe and Vraxos, provide a wonderful variety of Greek cuisine. Relax with an ouzo at sunset and enjoy freshly caught fish and calamari.


      The local mini market provides the basics (milk, snacks, alcohol etc.) and there are several supermarkets, including Aldi, 10 mins' drive away.


      The beautiful harbour of Pythagorio is just 10 mins' by car, providing a mix of buzzy nightlife, restaurants, boat trips, shopping and watersports.   


      Samos town is 20 mins' drive. Enjoy amazing restaurants, rooftop cocktail bars and the town square. You can leave your car safely in town to enjoy a few drinks and take a taxi back.

      Kokkari is a beautiful town and a must-see for shopping and harbourside dining! For the more adventurous, head further along the island to the majestic Potami waterfalls, then  finish off your day relaxing at Hippy’s bar and restaurant with a delicious, beachside lunch.
